On 12/13/21, the CFPB updated its list of frequently asked questions on Electronic Fund Transfers provisions of Regulation E. Previously, the Reg E FAQs included only 8 questions and answers in a single category. Now, the FAQs include four categories and a total of 24 FAQs.

The new/updated FAQ topics included the following:

Coverage: Transactions (FAQs 1-5)
Coverage: Financial Institutions (FAQs 1-4)
Error Resolution (FAQs 1 & 2)
Error Resolution: Unauthorized EFTs (FAQs 1, 3, 4, 10 & 13)
