The Federal Reserve System recently published its Fourth Issue of Consumer Compliance Outlook for 2024. Consumer Compliance Outlook is the agency’s publication focusing on consumer compliance topics.

The current edition of the Consumer Compliance Outlook includes four feature articles titled:

  • The Federal Reserve System’s Top-Issued Fair Lending Matters Requiring Immediate Attention and Matters Requiring Attention

  • Top Federal Reserve System Compliance Violations in 2023 Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act
