Second Issue of Consumer Compliance Outlook for 2024 Released

The Federal Reserve System recently published its Second Issue of Consumer Compliance Outlook for 2024. Consumer Compliance Outlook is the agency’s publication focusing on consumer compliance topics.

The current edition of the Consumer Compliance Outlook includes three feature articles titled:

  • The Benefits of a Formal Complaint Management Program

  • Consumer Complaints 2023: A Review of Federal Reserve Data

  • Enhancing the Compliance Management Program with Complaint Data

 The publication also includes regulatory updates, recent supervisory data for institutions supervised by the Federal Reserve, and a calendar of upcoming or proposed regulatory changes.
