We have created the following FAQs to hopefully answer a few of the questions you may have about our premium memberships. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, feel free to reach out to our team by contacting us here.
General FAQs
Is there a cost savings by purchasing one of the premium memberships?
Absolutely. Our premium memberships offer a “bundled” discount for training classes. For example, in 2021, the regular price of each Quarterly Compliance Update will be $329. As we have done in the past, we will typically be offering an “early bird” special when each program is first released, but the price of purchasing each individual program (even with an early bird discount) will still be more than the cost of getting the bundled deal through the premium membership.
What are the benefits of premium membership compared to just purchasing each program individually?
There are several benefits of our premium membership. For example, the premium membership ensures that you have access to each of our Quarterly Compliance Updates so that you don’t miss any changes that take place during the year. In addition, you will save money by getting a “bundled” rate on our training programs.
Are Premium memberships available at any time?
No. We only offer enrollment into our premium memberships twice a year, typically starting in January and July. Purchasing the membership in January will provide you with the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall updates for the year. Purchasing a premium membership in July will provide the Summer and Fall updates for that year as well as the Winter and Spring updates for the next year. In other words, each membership includes the next four Quarterly Compliance Updates (rather than providing access to any of the prior updates).
How long does a premium membership last?
If you enroll during our January enrollment, your membership will expire at the end of the year on December 31 and if you enroll during our July enrollment, your membership will expire the following year on June 30. You will have access to each specific class you are enrolled in for 60 days. If you find that you need additional time to view a class, just let us know as we are flexible and can work with you to extend your access.
Do I have to pay by credit card or is there an option to pay by invoice?
If you would like to pay by invoice instead of using a credit card, just contact us and we can work out the details.
Do I get a certificate of completion for each Compliance Class included in my Premium membership?
Certificates of completion are available upon request, limited to one certificate per class enrollment. Just contact one of our team members to get your certificate.
If I want to enroll multiple members of my team into the premium membership (so we can all get a certificate of completion for each class), is there a pricing discount?
Yes. Contact us for pricing for multiple employees in your organization.
Premium Gold
How does the Premium Gold membership work?
The Premium Gold membership automatically includes four Quarterly Compliance Updates and includes a class on Compliance Management Systems, plus gives you the option to enroll in two additional Compliance Classes at no further cost. To enroll in the two additional Compliance Classes, you just need to contact our team to let us know which classes you would like to be enrolled in, but let us know before your membership expires.
If we purchase the Premium Gold membership, do I have to be the one who receives the additional training program, or can I let one of my colleagues use one of the premium classes (like our BSA Officer)?
Anyone at your financial institution can be enrolled in the two additional classes (but just two enrollments total). Just contact us and we will get it set up.
If I purchase the Premium Gold membership, can I choose the Fair Lending for Lenders as one of my two additional Compliance Classes?
The Premium Gold membership includes two Compliance Classes of your choice. Unfortunately, the Fair Lending for Lenders is not considered a “Compliance Class” (it is considered “Premium Training”), and, therefore, is not available as one of the two choices. In our store, each Compliance Class is clearly labeled “Compliance Class” at the bottom of the icon for each product.
If we purchase Premium Gold, how do we know which Compliance Classes will be available to us as our two additional classes?
First, each Compliance Class that is eligible to be included with Premium Gold is clearly labeled as a “Compliance Class” in our store (look at the bottom of each icon). Secondly, we are consistently working to add new classes to our store, so we will have several new classes available throughout the year on various topics. If you are interested in future topics that may be in our store over the next year, contact us for details.
If I purchase Premium Silver today, can I upgrade later?
Contact us directly. We try to work with each unique situation to provide the best service that works for you.
Premium Pro
How does the Premium Pro work?
It’s simple. We give you access to everything in our store for your entire enrollment period. That includes all existing classes and everything we release during your enrollment period. This is our only “all access” type of plan, and we do our best to give our Premium Pros special treatment.
Can I upgrade to Premium Pro if I am already a Premium Silver or Premium Gold member?

How many people get access to Premium Pro?
Each premium membership purchase entitles your organization to two enrollments in your chosen premium membership plan.
