Welcome to Reg CC Training for Tellers! This program has been designed to provide your tellers with everything they need to know about funds availability under Regulation CC.
As the one purchasing this program, there are a few logistics you will need to do/consider in rolling this out to your team.
Here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: Watch the instructor video below. Doing this first will help you understand how to get the most out of this program. This instructor-only video is designed for employees responsible for training your tellers on Regulation CC and it explains the various ways to provide the training to your tellers, provides additional information about the rule, and includes an implementation plan you can use to ensure you comply in a timely manner.
STEP 2: This program has two different manuals: 1) a teller manual that should be provided to your tellers to accompany their Reg CC training and 2) an instructor manual with additional information for those responsible for training tellers, such as a Reg CC implementation plan.

STEP 3: Choose how to deliver the training to your tellers: 1) Private Portal or 2) download.
1) Private portal.
We can set your organization up with a private portal that all of your tellers can use to access the training. We have found this to be a very simple process as we provide you with a URL for your financial institution, such as www.compliancecohort.com/yourbankname and a very simple password. Our private portal allows your tellers to access the training individually at a time that works for them.

2) Download the training video (mp4).
The second option you can use if you want your tellers to watch our training video is to download an mp4 file of the training video. This option allows you to distribute the training in a way that works for your organization (in conjunction with your IT team).

3) Conduct the training yourself.
The final option for delivering Reg CC training to your tellers is to deliver the training yourself. This might be useful if your organization doesn’t offer all types of holds or uses an abnormal (but permitted) hold amount. If you choose to provide the training yourself, you can use our teller training video as a sample of how to present the material, use our training manual, and customize our slides (you can download in step 5).
STEP 4 (Optional): We have created an optional quiz that can be used to both 1) test attendee’s retention and 2) to record their attendance of the program.
