New Issue of Consumer Compliance Outlook for 2023 Released

The Federal Reserve System recently published its Second/Third Issue of Consumer Compliance Outlook for 2023. Consumer Compliance Outlook is the agency’s publication focusing on consumer compliance topics.

The current edition of the Consumer Compliance Outlook includes three feature articles titled:

  • Top Federal Reserve Compliance Violations in 2022: Data Collection and Reporting Requirements of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act

  • Compliance Risk Assessments

  • Compliance Spotlight: Supervisory Observations on Representment Fees

 The publication also includes regulatory updates, recent federal court opinions, and a calendar of upcoming or proposed regulatory changes.
